Andrew Sercombe

“I absolutely love coaching people – especially leaders and talented young people. It is an amazing privilege to produce changes in a person’s thinking and in their daily life that really work for them  – and make every day a better place to be from here on. Coaching brings me into contact with all sorts of people, from CEOs and managers to single mums and struggling young people, and each individual wants a better, healthier future for themselves, their work and business, and those who matter to them. I want that for them too.

The coaching tools we use are a product of decades of practical research; they are well tested and a dream to use. They are safe and really get results. There is nothing quite so personally rewarding as seeing clients getting what they want from their coaching and hearing that they’re so much happier. It feel so profoundly satisfying. And I get to train people too! It’s the icing on the cake.”
