People often come back to us for the ‘next dose’ of Powerchange coaching a year or two later. During that time the coaching they received has shown them what’s possible and they want some more to take them to the next ‘level’ in their growth.
This person has found that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) has not addressed his needs. At Powerchange we’ve found that people like you and me are more than the sum of our parts. Although cognition and behaviour -and their interaction – are two important parts, they are like two petals on a flower that has several more, all of which need to be considered together for permanent shifts.

I was wondering if it might be possible to meet up? I saw you for a one off session two years ago, which my friend paid for. The session was so so helpful. I’ve saved up Â£1,000 and I’d love to invest it in continuing the process that I felt begun in that session towards healing some of my thinking patterns…
Although on the surface I am happy/successful in life, inside I struggle with a lot of anxiety/fear around being able to cope, linked to the breakdown and death of my father when I was 13, and also being bullied at school which has led to a fear of conflict and/or disappointing people…
I’ve not found any CBT type work to help in the way that that session with you did. It would be awesome if I could see you if you had time.
